NEONMONKI is a German start-up company that focuses on high-quality lighting for indoor and outdoor use - both for private and commercial purposes. NEONMONKI produces individual and customizable neon signs for various occasions. Whether a company logo as a neon LED sign, neon lettering for a wedding decoration or simply a personalized neon sign for your home. We have the perfect solutions ready for you and if not, we will find it. Because there are no limits to creativity. No matter what size, color, font or symbol. We create a neon sign exactly according to your ideas.
Light offers a very special kind of fascination - it pulls you under its spell. With attractive neon advertising, you can generate the most attention. History & Idea
Now you surely want to know how NEONMONKI was founded and why we decided to focus on neon lighting or indoor and outdoor lighting for private and commercial purposes.
Our story begins in 2018 in Mong Kok, a district of Hong Kong, where Andy and Dustin met by chance. On the occasion of studying abroad, the two ended up in Asia and, as luck would have it, they bumped into each other in Mong Kok - literally. It was already late in the evening and the two were so distracted by the colorful, shrill and poppy neon world of the trendy district that they could not take their eyes off it. So they almost ran into each other, started talking and everything took its course. They became friends who both had one goal: to found their own company one day to make the world shine with the help of neon LED lights.
Because to the two, one thing is missing to this day: The magnificent neon scene with its colorful and unique neon signs that they got to know and love in Asia. In order to enhance the dreary Germany with striking neon lettering, they developed an initial idea for their own company: They want to bring neon signs to the German market in order to give their customers the chance to create their individual company logo, personalized lettering, symbols and to upgrade much more with a handmade neon LED sign.
The first idea to make the colorful neon world more present in Germany and Europe was set. This was followed by months of research and market analysis, in which they came up with an innovative neon LED technology that has a number of advantages compared to the conventional manufacturing of glass tubes. We will write a separate blog entry on the respective advantages of the neon LED technology used by NEONMONKI.
What makes us so special
The company NEONMONKI, the employees and especially all the products are based on two essential pillars that clearly make us “special”. Quality and Service. 100% of both. Each neon LED sign is unique and specially made at the request of our customers.

Whether for questions regarding the design, delivery, assembly or any other individual concern, we value our customers enormously - whether private customers or commercial customers - and want to give you the feeling of security and appreciation by always being available to you. We are particularly proud of our graphics team, which records your individual wishes around the clock and creates free simulations of personalized neon signs, whether lettering, logos or other motifs, so you don't have to wait long for your dream neon sign simulation.
This goes hand in hand with the quick preparation of offers, because it is important to us that our customers receive a realistic asking price in a timely manner. In this regard, transparency is very important to us. If you are in Germany or another country in the EU, you do not have to expect any other hidden costs, such as customs fees, because our neon signs are sent to your home from Germany.
